Customer follow-up is extremely important to the life of any business. The Women’s Business Center is providing a two-hour workshop on Saturday, May 11, starting at 10 a.m. that will deal with this critical to business life topic.
The presenter will be Janet Hilts, communications coach/trainer and founder of Speaking Made Fearless. The free workshop will be held at the Women’s Business Center office, located at 71 Zaca Lane, suite 130 in San Luis Obispo.
Hilts will discuss the 3 essential keys to client and customer follow-up, how to create your own personal follow-up style and strategy and discovering what holds you back from being effective and how to move past it.
“Quality follow-up is critical for business success,” stated Hilts. “Presenting isn’t limited to just a group, it really is part of the one-on-one dynamic.” Hilts has helped businesspeople, performers and other community members who struggle with confident presentations. She is a veteran of speaking with a BA in Communications, and has presented at conferences and appeared on radio and video programs.
