Join the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast as Kathryn McKee will guide us on how HR leads the way for when disaster happens. HRCC’s July Professional Development Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Madonna Inn.
About Kathryn McKee:
Kathryn McKee will present, “Are You Ready for When Disaster Happens? HR Leads the Way.” Natural and man-made disasters are constantly in the news. Southern California recently experienced severe flooding and landslides as a result of the El Niño condition, a huge and dangerous gas leak in Porter ranch, and a horrific oil spill and wildland fire in Santa Barbara County, to name just a few.
If you plan now your organization will have stronger odds for survival. This session provides compelling reasons for HR’s strategic role in emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
