San Luis Obispo, CA – Join the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRCC) as Alden Parker will guide us on Cal OSHA. HRCC’s August Professional Development Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 11:30am to 1:00 pm, at the Madonna Inn.
About Alden Parker:
Alden Parker will present “CAL OSHA.” Alden Parker is the managing partner of the firm’s Sacramento office. He represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour class action lawsuits, as well as employment handbook and personnel policy preparation, and general preventive advice including hiring, discipline and termination practices. Alden has extensive experience defending employers in federal and state courts, as well as in investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the DFEH, United States Department of Labor (DOL) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
