Ms. Sheridan is the author of The Ultimate Guide To Getting Started With Social Media: what every small business owner should know, founder of Small Business Breakthrough and the SBB Marketing Lab, holds an MBA and has been quoted in publications such as IDEA Fitness Journal and Thrive Global. She has also taught E-commerce and E-commerce Management at the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management, University of Phoenix, DeVry University and is a regular guest speaker at California State University Northridge on the topic of Social Media.

* There is NO CHARGE for BEST unless you do not cancel your reservation 48 hours before the presentation or your company does not show on the day of the presentation, in which case a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If the seminar is waitlisted (which will be indicated on the confirmation) there will be a $50 no-show fee.
