Celebrating 31 years of brewing up epic spirits and rockin’ good times calls for a bit of nostalgia. Come toast to the past and SLO Brew’s bright future on Sunday, September 8th at SLO Brew Rock. Food specials from the original Garden Street menu and fresh pints of a specialty triple dry-hopped IPA are guaranteed from 2-7 p.m., along with live music from local favorites Moonshiner Collective and Dante Marsh.

“We’re excited to celebrate another year of craft brewing,” said Brewmaster Steve Courier. “This anniversary we’re featuring a new triple dry-hopped, single hop, double IPA that nods to our Garden Street roots.”

Crafted with Ekuanot hops and cyro at three different times during fermentation, this year’s 31st Anniversary IPA showcases intense tropical notes of lime, papaya and mango with a kick of citrus on the back end. Smooth and light-bodied, this double IPA offers a hop-forward aroma more than capable of headlining the day’s festivities.

SLO Brew has remained one of California’s longest-standing brew pubs since opening in 1988. To honor the tests of time, the brew crew will be dressed for a killer 80’s throwback and guests are encouraged to join in the fun. This event is open to all-ages, so stick some scrunchies on the kiddos to partake in this blast-from-the-past. Ticket fees will be waived for those age 7 and under.

Local multi-instrumentalist project Moonshiner Collective will be playing their last show of the year at the SLO Brew Rock Event Center with Dante Marsh. Drawing from a diverse range of folk, rock and Americana influences this eclectic group deserves a proper send off. Tickets to the party are on sale now at slobrew.com/events and Boo Boo Records.
