San Luis Obispo’s new home community, Noveno, invites the public to the grand opening of its model homes December 14, 2019 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Guests can tour model homes, visit the new showroom to explore floor plans and amenities, learn more from representatives, and enjoy light refreshments. The community is accessed via the new roundabout at Fernwood Drive and Orcutt Road.
Noveno is a collection of 23 single-family Avenue homes and 44 single-family Parkway homes, pedestrian and bike paths, parks, and open space, within the Orcutt Area Specific Plan outlined by the City of San Luis Obispo.
