Chef Will Torres (previously of Farmhouse Corner Market) will be curating a beautiful spring inspired menu incorporating local ingredients and flavors of the Central Coast.
We will start the evening outdoors for a welcome glass and passed hors d’oeuvres during our Welcome Reception and will then sit down inside the Tar Creek Barn at our long communal tables for a four course farm-to-table dinner prepared by the talented Chef Will Torres. The evening’s menu will be carefully paired with the complex, cool-climate varietals of Tolosa Winery from Edna Valley.
