
Hotel SLO & Executive Chef Ryan Fancher invite you to the inaugural Autumn Soirée: The SLO Way – Saturday, November 12, 2022. Taking place in Hotel SLO’s Garden Courtyard, the event will showcase some of the Central Coast’s most acclaimed wineries paired with the culinary creations of Chef Ryan Fancher and his team at OX + ANCHOR and PIADINA, as well as delicious bites from top chefs and purveyors of the San Luis Obispo region. This stylish affair will include live music throughout the evening, a prize drawing of special wine collections and one-of-a-kind travel experiences, plus a few artful surprises.
All proceeds will benefit the French Hospital Hearst Cancer Resource Center in honor of Jim Copeland, Cal Poly Uncork Potential Scholarships, SLO Food Bank, and the Fund for Vineyard & Farm Workers.
Hotel San Luis Obispo’s “Autumn Soirée 2022: The SLO Way” Wine & Food Festival will feature tastings from several of the Central Coast’s most acclaimed wineries paired with delectable creations courtesy of Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and his team from the property’s two onsite restaurants, the Michelin-recognized modern steakhouse, Ox + Anchor, and Piadina, which offers a California take on Italian cuisine. The elegant affair will also include delicious bites from San Luis Obispo’s top eateries including Novo and Granada Bistro, Ember in Arroyo Grande, and fine purveyors, plus live music, unique interactive art installations, a wine wall, and prize drawings that include special wine collections and one-of-a-kind travel experiences.
Following the event, guests are invited to mingle with the chefs and winemakers at an after-party featuring cocktails and bar snacks courtesy of Nosotros Tequila & Mezcal, Piadina and Ohana Bros. Island Style Snack Company.
