The Access for All benefit dinner and award ceremony to honor this year’s Paul Wolff Accessibility Advocacy Awards (PWAAA) recipients will be held on May 2, 2014 at the Pavilion on the Lake in Atascadero.
Now in its 13th year, these annual awards recognize and reward an individual, organization, and business in San Luis Obispo County for exemplary contributions toward the creation of a barrier-free community for people with disabilities during the past year.
“We hope this special event will help to inspire more community support of the Access for All Fund, held at The Community Foundation San Luis Obispo, that provides a permanent source of support to sustain AFA’s mission,” says Janice Fong Wolf, director of grants and programs.
AFA, or Access for All, is committed to creating an accessible community where people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to fully participate in all aspects of SLO County life.
Winners are being chosen by an award selection committee comprised of representatives from Access for All, which is committed to creating an accessible community where people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to fully participate in all aspects of SLO County life. Tickets for this event can be purchased online at http://cfsloco.org/event_details.php?id=12.
