Carmel & Naccasha LLP announced that long time employee and associate attorney Jon Ansolabehere has accepted the position of assistant city attorney with the City of San Luis Obispo and will be leaving the firm.
Ansolabehere has been with the firm since 2004. He is uniquely qualified to work for the City of SLO as he has an extensive background working with local government.
Ansolabehere came to Carmel & Naccasha from a position with the City of Arroyo Grande, where he worked as the neighborhood services coordinator enforcing the City’s municipal code. While at C&N, he has focused his practice in the areas of municipal law, land use and real estate transactions.
“We’ve been so fortunate to have Jon in the office,” said Tim Carmel, co-founding partner of Carmel & Naccasha. “His dedication, positive attitude and strong work ethic will be greatly missed. The countywide government and business relationships he’s developed and his understanding of land use and municipal law make him a tremendous asset to the City of SLO.”
Ansolabehere was named one of the Tribune’s 2013 Top 20 Under 40. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Woods Humane Society, a local nonprofit organization and on the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
