Low interest rates are bringing more buyers back in to the local housing market. However, the inventory of homes for sale is the lowest it has been in 11 years making it difficult to keep up with growing demand.
With 11 new home communities and approximately 760 new homes being built in the next year, Coastal Community Builders, Inc. is hoping to help replenish the current housing supply.
During the first three weeks in May, CCB has launched a grand opening celebration every week-end, according to CCB President Gary Grossman.
“We are definitely seeing an extraordinary resurgence in the Central Coast housing market,” Grossman said.
With 11 new home communities located from Solvang to Atascadero, CCB has taken 51 reservations and has a current waiting list of 665 names, since the beginning of the month.
“The recent success can be attributed to three key groups,” Grossman said. “CCB is extremely grateful to our buyers who appreciate the innovative and unique designs of our new communities. And I am so proud of our CCB team who genuinely love what they do and it shows in everything we build. Last but not least is the exceptional vision of our local leaders who understand the need for quality homes which also provide significant economic opportunities within our communities.”
Coastal Community Builders, Inc. is a San Luis Obispo County-based development company building on a tradition of value, quality craftsmanship and homeowner satisfaction. Founded in 1988, CCB has a strong history of building quality home communities having built more than 2,000 homes on the Central Coast. For CCB, it is “a privilege to be part of building beautiful, life-enriching home communities that make people’s dreams of owning a home come true.”
