Attorney David Hamilton has joined Sinsheimer Juhnke McIvor & Stroh, LLP, the top business law firm in San Luis Obispo County.
Hamilton has nearly 15 years of experience as a litigator with law firms in Newport Beach, San Diego, and most recently as a sole practitioner in Santa Maria, serving clients in Fresno, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. He will work in the civil litigation practice of the firm.
Hamilton is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While there, he was a senior literary editor for the Law Review, a judicial extern for the California Court of Appeals, 4th District and an American jurisprudence award winner in the Evidence category.
Prior to opening his own practice in 2007, Hamilton worked for firms specializing in insurance defense for public entities, corporations, homeowners’ associations, real estate professionals, developers and contractors. In the past year alone, he has successfully obtained trial judgments for his clients of approximately $1.4 million. Hamilton is a resident of Arroyo Grande,
