Doc Burnstein’s Ice Cream Lab celebrated the grand opening of their new Higuera Street location with the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce with a special ribbon cutting ceremony.

Doc Burnstein’s is an authentic old fashioned ice cream parlour that serves their original super premium ice cream. Featuring classic ice cream flavors like their award winning traditional Vanilla as well as some crazy creations like Elvis Special, Merlot-Raspberry Truffel (made with Central Coast wine) and the ever popular Motor Oil, custom created for the Pismo Beach Car Show.
