Emily is the 10 year old daughter of Kyle and Laura Cole and the creator of Emily’s Cinnamon Rolls.  Emily was born in La Ceiba, Honduras, Central America in 2002, the same year her parents launched Laura’s Bakery.  Emily’s Cinnamon Rolls was in the mind of the then 6 year old Emily after her parents sold Laura’s Bakery in Central America and moved back to the CentralCoast.  Emily missed those cinnamon rolls so much she kept pestering her parents into making and selling again “the best cinnamon rolls in the world.” While they had successfully been in the bakery business before, it wasn’t until recently that Emily finally convinced her parents to launch a new business, but this time with her name!  Emily declared, “Dad, you had ‘Kyle Landscape Company’ and Mom, you had ‘Laura’s Bakery.’ It’s now my turn to have my own business and I want to call it ‘Emily’s Cinnamon Rolls!’”  Being raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Emily will take an active part in promoting her Cinnamon Roll business.
