Event Health & Safety
We are looking forward to the 2023 Annual Dinner that will be held at the Madonna Expo Center. The well-being of our community continues to be our top priority. The SLO Chamber has enacted heightened sanitation, health, and safety protocols for the event. These precautionary measures and policies are in alignment with CDC, State and County of SLO public health orders, ordinances, and guidance for events of this size.
FACE MASKS
All attendees may wear face coverings while indoors at the Annual Dinner when not actively eating or drinking. This includes those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Guests must bring their own face coverings.
PRACTICE PHYSICAL DISTANCING
For the safety of all in attendance, physical distance is recommended. We have increased the distance between each table. Please be respectful of other guests and their space.
INCREASED VENTILATION / AIR CIRCULATION
During the program, the doors to the Madonna Expo Center will be propped open. The venue will also run its ventilation system that is equipped with two large exhaust fans for increased air quality and circulation.
WASH/SANITIZE HANDS OFTEN
The frequent washing and sanitization of your hands can help to keep you healthy and reduce the spread of germs. Several hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the Expo Center.
ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITIZATION
All high-touch surfaces and heavily trafficked areas within the Madonna Expo Center will be cleaned and disinfected at an increased frequency throughout the event. Prior to the event, all spaces and seating areas will go through a rigorous disinfection process.
COVID-19 WARNING
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect you. However, an inherent risk of exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19 exists in any public place where people gather. Please follow all venue policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the Madonna Expo Center and on the grounds.
Please do not enter the 2023 Annual Dinner if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 10 days or have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
