As the State and County relax restrictions, businesses of all sizes are learning that closing may have been more simple than reopening. In this legislative event, employment law experts Kathy Eppright and Dave Juhnke will share how you can and should still apply certain best practices as you reopen. Specifically, they will cover best practices for:

  • Establishing a plan for reopening
  • Determining who and how to return employees to work
  • Determining who and how to lay off employees
  • Communicating with employees about workplace reopening
  • Handling employees on leave for other reasons (maternity, medical, FMLA, etc.)
  • Addressing the impact of the new worker’s comp standard

Join us at our first virtual Legislative Event to learn how COVID-19 has affected current employment law practices and the way we do business.

Pricing: Members: $25 Future Members: $45 Location: You will receive a link upon registration to join the Zoom webinar.
