Laurie Salo is a Supervising Environmental Health Specialist with more than 25 years of experience. She coordinates and oversees the food safety program in the Environmental Health Services Division of the County of San Luis Obispo Public Health Department and serves on the County’s Public Health taskforce that helped create the reopening guidelines.
Ranelle Baldwin is the founder of Dignified Hope Care, a senior care company on the Central Coast. Ranelle has worked in the industry for more than a decade, catering to the medical and personal needs of patients and their families. Recently, Ranelle has been using her skillset to assist businesses in their self risk assessments and reopening process.
