Have you ever wanted to channel your inner Space Nerd? Well, here’s your chance! On Thursday, April 23, 2015 the International Space Station will pass directly overhead at the winery, and as long as the weather cooperates this will be the best possible viewing for a long time. The observation will begin a little after 8 pm. If you’re a space junkie, this is worth getting excited about! We’ll open our tasting room from 7 till 9 pm on Thursday evening for tasting and wine by the glass, and we’ll have some light nibbles available as well. We’ll turn off the floodlights and view off the back deck. Our weatherman is calling for “partly cloudy skies, winds SW 10-20,” and it can be cool when the sun goes down here in the Valley, so bring a jacket. We can’t guarantee the weather, but we can guarantee a good time!
