Caudle

Lancaster Deputy City Manager Jason Caudle has championed the city’s net-zero efforts, developing and implementing multi-scaled sustainable energy projects.

Caudle worked across party lines, engaged residents and partnered with the private sector in leading the formation of the Lancaster Power Authority, the California Clean Energy Authority and Lancaster Choice Energy, the city’s community choice aggregate.
