Carl Sonny Leyland & Friends will be featured at the Basin Street Regulars’ monthly Sunday afternoon Concert/Dance at the Pismo Beach Veteran’s Memorial Building on March 29th. Carl Sonny, internationally known and loved for his special blend of blues, boogie and swing, will be joined that day by a quintet of professional jazz musicians from around the US. The Cabrillo High School Jazz Band from Vandenberg Village is scheduled to open the show at 1:00 pm followed by two set from Leyland and Friends at 2:00pm. The traditional BSR Jam Session will start at 11:00am. The Sunday sessions feature a big dance floor, great food, a full bar and festive raffles and fun!
