Join us for this workshop and learn how to design and present a professional budget – a task considered by many managers to be one of their most onerous responsibilities. After completing this course, you will be able to turn your organizational, departmental and personal goals into numbers… even if you aren’t a “numbers person.” All participants are asked to bring a copy of their organization’s budget for hands-on review.
