Patricia Griffin is an expressive ceramicist whose unique work captures the natural beauty of the Central Coast. The San Luis Obispo Museum of Art is honored to present By The Sea: Ceramics by Patricia Griffin, an exhibition composed of Griffin’s new body of work, from May 5 – July 2, 2017. The SLOMA exhibition features colorful graphic interpretations of plants, animals, and rhythms of Griffin’s natural environment. The artwork expresses her sense of place in these surroundings.

A public opening of the exhibition will take place on Friday, May 5 from 6–9 PM, in conjunction with Art After Dark.
