Cal Poly Presents Film Director Matteo Troncone and his Documentary ‘Arrangiarsi’ (‘Pizza and the Art of Living’)

Film Director Matteo Troncone to Screen Documentary ‘Arrangiarsi’ (‘Pizza and the Art of Living’) 

Cal Poly’s World Languages and Cultures Department has invited film director Matteo Troncone to screen his documentary “Arrangiarsi” (“Pizza and the Art of Living”), which is based on the director’s life. When Troncone’s life falls apart, he moves into a 1985 VW van, traces his roots to Naples, birthplace of pizza, and discovers “arrangiarsi,” the art of making something from nothing. The event is free, open to the public, and sponsored by the Fredric E. Steck Family Foundation.
