Based in Los Angeles, the Noir Saxophone Quartet was formed in May 2013. Lee Worley Raby, Laura Kramer and Cameron Domingues will perform on soprano, tenor and baritone saxophones. They attended USC’s Thornton School of Music and have worked together in various musical capacities, including chamber ensembles, orchestras, wind ensembles, recording sessions, and new music performances. The May 16 Noir Quartet performance will include music written for saxophone quartet by David Maslanka, Tim Davies, J.S. Bach and Eugène Bozza. The recital is free and open to the public.
