CalTrans Presents: BEST BUDDIES CHALLENGE BICYCLE RIDE COMES TO THE CENTRAL COAST

CENTRAL COAST – The Annual Best Buddies Challenge Bicycle Ride will take place in San Luis Obispo County on Saturday, September 9.
This bike ride will include staggered start times that begin at 7 am, 8:30 am and 10 am at the Hearst Ranch in San Simeon and at 11 am at Ragged Point. The riders will proceed south using portions of State Route 1 and 41 and Highway 46 West.

All riders will be off the road by 4 pm with the event concluding at the Hearst Ranch.

Electronic Message Boards will be posted alerting motorists to ‘Share the Road’ with cyclists. Motorists can expect delays not to exceed 10 minutes.
