Laguna Lake Mobile Estates recently earned national recognition through the Firewise program as an officially recognized Firewise community within the City of San Luis Obispo. Laguna Lake Mobile Estates is a mixed manufactured and traditional construction home community consisting of 300 residences on approximately 37 acres. Portions of the community fall in the moderate, high, and very high fire severity zone of the CAL FIRE map. The event will celebrate the dedication of residents and neighborhood leaders who worked alongside City staff over the past several months to reduce wildfire risk and strengthen neighborhood preparedness.
