Truth About Seafood is a guitar-driven hard rock band hailing from central California. Founded as a side-project by Paul Bostaph in 1992 (drummer for Slayer), TAS has none of the thrash metal roots of its founders. More akin to Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, and Soundgarden, Frank Zappa TAS marries hard rock guitars with melodic vocals and themes. TAS has had the honor of sharing the stage with Stone Temple Pilots, Toad the Wet Sprocket, the Mother Hips, Steel Panther, Young Dubliners and others.
