Coffee is not only a drink, it is history, culture, habitude, and a source of numerous benefits.
When I say COFFEE, I do not refer to the dozens of syrup pump venti, double caramel, and so on, that fools the real meaning of coffee, but to real, pure coffee, which is indeed one of the richest sources of phenolics in the western diet and can potentially pack a strong antioxidant punch.
Not to forget, good coffee is the base for delicious pastries “Italian style,” such as tiramisu’ and others which we shall talk about during our meeting.
Coffee is like wine; the goodness is related to quality of the harvest, origin, process and taste is very personal.
To each our own coffee!
