Relax, Renew, Restore, MIND-BODY-SOUL. The Yin to our daily Yang, Restorative yoga brings us back to balance and cultivates deep inner peace. This 60 minute class is focused on centering breath and body to align the physical with the mental by practicing stillness and holding supported postures for long periods of time with the use of props. The calming effect of Restorative yoga soothes the mind, deepens inner awareness and body awareness, and makes you feel safe and supported. Restorative yoga improves the capacity for healing, balances the nervous system, and boosts the immune system.
