The Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes Center, in collaboration with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, is thrilled to host an invigorating hike through the picturesque Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes National Wildlife Refuge. Led by our expert guide, Ray Segovia, this hike promises stunning coastal views and a deep dive into the conservation efforts that have preserved these beautiful dunes. Hike Highlights:
- Route: From the refuge entrance to the Enos Memorial statue
- Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours round-trip
- Elevation Gain: 300 ft
- Distance: Moderate hike with some elevation

– Long pants and closed-toe shoes (to protect against coastal dune scrub, poison oak, and ticks)

Hazards: Because this area is a wildlife refuge this is the home of many critters including rattlesnakes! For your safety we recommend wearing sturdy closed toed shoes and long pants.
