Eureka!, located in the heart of San Luis Obispo, is excited to partner with Los Angeles-based, Angel City Brewery, to host a five-course beer dinner on Tuesday, March 29 at 6 p.m. Now that the brewery has stepped foot in SLO, Angel City is ready to partake in their very first beer dinner in the happiest city on earth. The all-American restaurant has created a menu featuring the newly released items such as Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs, Lobster Tacos, and more, pairing each delectable dish with one of the delicious beers from the brewery.
To start off the dinner, the first course features Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts with an orange chili glaze, herb oil, and macadamia nuts paired with the Angel City Pilsner; the second course highlights the Lobster Taco with saffron crema, avocado, and watermelon radish, served alongside the Angel City Funky Wit; the next course is a Field Green Salad with blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, tomatoes, onions, and a lemon vinaigrette paired with Angel City Berliner-weiss.
For the main course, Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs, basted in an orange chili glaze, topped with chimichurri, and served with confetti slaw, matched with Angel City Double IPA; and to round off this mouthwatering meal with a fan favorite, the Chocolate Torte made with dark chocolate, served with vanilla ice cream, and topped with macadamia nuts, served with Angel City Imperial Chai Stout. General Manager Jeremy Stemen and a representative from Angel City will guide guests through the unique pairings.
