CHAMBER Series: Scott Yoo & Friends
This eclectic program showcases the diversity and depth of Bach’s influence on Western Chamber music. Haydn’s F minor quartet includes Bachian counterpoint and complexity previously unseen in the Classical period. New York based American composer Liebermann wrote a fantasy for woodwind quintet and piano, based on the Fugue in B minor from Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier.
