Fifteenth Annual Mustang Ball Ballroom and Latin DanceSport Competition

The Cal Poly DanceSport Team is pleased to announce our fifteenth annual Mustang Ball DanceSport Competition, to be held on Saturday, February 11th, 2023 on the Cal Poly Campus. Cal Poly is located in San Luis Obispo, which is ideally situated on California’s beautiful central coast. Our central location makes this an attractive competition for both Northern and Southern California teams and individuals to attend and compete at a great venue.

Our competition is open to all amateur competitors and will feature Newcomer through Open levels in International Standard and Latin, and American Smooth and Rhythm. We will also have a wide variety of nightclub events, a formation team competition, performances, a team match, and other fun events throughout the day. Cal Poly Mustang Ball will be held in Chumash Auditorium on the second floor of Cal Poly’s University Union Building (Building #65).
