This year’s Estab fried rice will look very similar to last year’s. Last year for Establishment fried rice we had two outdoor wok burners running simultaneously, cranking out a batch of fried rice as often as every five minutes. We had a ton of fun prepping, cooking, and serving the food, and the people appeared to enjoy eating it!
