Residents of South County are invited to attend the Grover Beach Candidate Forum on Tuesday, September 29, at 4 pm. This will be an online event that can be attended by logging in with Zoom or calling in by phone.
This free virtual event will allow participants to meet the local candidates for Grover Beach Mayor and City Council, ask them questions, and discuss important issues. The Grover Beach Candidate Forum is an opportunity for local residents to learn more about who is running for office, so they are prepared for the upcoming local election.
The Grover Beach candidates in ballot order are Jeff Lee for Mayor (Incumbent), Elizabeth Doukas for Mayor, Karen Bright for Council Member four-year term (Incumbent), Will Bruce for Council Member four-year term, Joseph Holmes for Council Member four-year term, Anna Miller for Council Member four-year term, Daniel Rushing for Council Member four-year term, Fred Buenrostro Jr for Council Member two-year term, David Duringer for Council Member two-year term, and Robert Robert for Council Member two-year term.
