Healing People From Sick Buildings

Environmental medicine doctor Michael Bauerschmidt is on the front lines treating the illnesses that often plague men, women and children as a result of sick buildings.

Dr. Bauerschmidt will explain the health consequences of environmental toxicants in the home and at work as well as how to spot the symptoms of exposure in your family, friends and clients. Dr. B will also give you practical strategies to eliminate or reduce exposure to toxicants and increase indoor air quality.

About Michael Bauerschmidt, MD
Former ER Doctor and self-confessed “Ex-Card Carrying Member of the Medical Orthodoxy”, Dr. Michael Bauerschmidt turned to Functional Medicine because he found that it worked for him when everything conventional medicine offered had failed.

In his work with thousands of patients, he saw that many of his patient’s chronic conditions wouldn’t resolve or would get better and then recur until they removed the environmental toxicants stored in their tissues, bone and brains. He immersed himself in the study of environmental medicine and dreamed of creating a place where patients could go through an effective depuration (medical cleansing) program to set them on the road back to health. The DEEPER Healing Institute was born.

Dr. Mike is a member of and Certified in Chelation Therapy by the American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM). He is proud to be a Member of the Board as well as President Elect of ACAM. He has also completed advanced training in Environmental Medicine with Dr. Walter Crinnion as well as advanced clinical training at The Riordan Clinic, known as pioneers in IV nutrition therapies.

Dr. Bauerschmidt’s philosophy of treating the whole person and understanding the root cause of illness is supported by his training as a Life Coach. He completed Leadership Training at the Coaches Training Institute and Certified by the Physician Coaching Institute.

All events are open to members of the Central Coast Green Building Council as well as the general public. (donations appreciated)
