Pierre Dallidet, the first bonded distiller in San Luis Obispo County, passed away in 1909.  In celebration of the 110th anniversary of his passing, the History Center is thrilled to be working with some of the best distilleries operating in San Luis Obispo County today to offer this tasting of locally-produced brandies and spirits.

With farm-to-table hors d’oeuvres, live jazz music, discussions on the history and science of distilling, and a silent auction, all set in the stunning natural beauty of the Dallidet Gardens, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Attendees must be age 21 or over.
