“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence – it is to act with yesterday’s logic.” – Peter Drucker
One of the few things we can really count on in business is change. And yet most of us — from the front lines to the corner office — aren’t that good at navigating it.
This workshop will equip employers and employees alike with tools not only for surviving change but thriving through it. Participants will put those tools to work in activities designed to bring the concepts to life.
Attendees will gain:
- Insight into the concepts of change management
- Practice mapping out plans and action steps
- Strategies for improving performance even during times of great change
This two-hour workshop includes lunch.
Seating is limited; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
