Explore the sand dunes and Chumash shell middens. Erin Aiello, a Cal Poly grad student will discuss her research on eelgrass decline and restoration in Morro Bay. Mandy Davis, veteran nature guide will discuss the flora and fauna of the Estuary.
There will be live music by the Cimo Brothers on the sand spit and a bag lunch provided.
