Lumina Alliance Celebrate Community Fun Run & Festival

Join us for our first annual Celebrate Community Fun Run & Festival, presented by BHE Renewables. Supporters of Lumina Alliance (formerly RISE and Stand Strong) will gather together for this family-friendly event at the beautiful Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo.

Athletes and non-athletes alike can join us in support of the movement to end sexual & intimate partner violence in San Luis Obispo County.

The Celebrate Community event includes a festival in Mission Plaza and a “Fun Run” through downtown SLO. Runners and walkers are encouraged to create fundraising teams in support of Lumina’s mission. Participants will compete in fun contests and can wear costumes highlighting their team or company spirit!

Once we reach the finish line, all are invited to attend our “Maker’s Market” festival and enjoy music and a silent disco, resource fair, drawing prizes, and lots of family-friendly activities. Food, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. This event will be fun for ALL ages!
