This ALL level yoga class is an invitation to connect with the Breath through a guided meditation to come to stillness, calm the mind, ground the body, and welcome harmony within. This is guided breathwork through a sequence of “asanas,” including standing postures and seated stretches. Throughout the practice, we center and align in the present moment. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga supplies that will make them most comfortable in the practice including yoga mat, block, blanket/towel as well as water.
