The third annual Morro Bay Surfboard Art Festival returns this fall. Twenty-three beautiful works of art have been created by local artists who transform re-purposed surfboards and use them as their canvasses. The pieces will be exhibited at local sponsoring businesses throughout Morro Bay beginning Saturday, October 7th and will conclude with a coastal-themed art sale on Saturday, December 2nd.
