Damon Watkins, the Director of Finance & Operations for Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, is a motivated, personable business professional with a 15+ year track record in multiple aspects of financial control, management and policies/procedures. Learn how to create and modify financial reports, handle records, and manipulate costs, with a focus on payroll and state tax. QuickBooks Reporting lets you use your QuickBooks data to create interactive reports and gain better insight into your business. It quickly runs reports without sacrificing speed and performance for all QuickBooks users.
1099s are similar to a W-2 form, but are for non-employees. Businesses are required to issue 1099s to noncorporate service providers and certain incorporated service providers for payments made during the year. Federal law requires that all business owners file Forms 1099 for certain payments made during the year.
There are two ticket options:
1. Attend in person – there are 5 in person seats avaiable for this webinar. Please choose the “Attend in person” ticket. Current COVID-19 indoor gathering guidlines will be followed. In person event will take place at the Cal Poly CIE Hothouse (872 Higuera St., SLO, CA 93401).
2. Attend via Zoom – there are 10 zoom webinar seats available for this webinar. Please choose the “Attend via Zoom” ticket and you will recieve Zoom login information one day before the event.
Registration Policies:
Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your space in the seminar.
Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above at least 24 hours prior to the start of the seminar. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded for seminars not attended by payee unless a refund is requested at least 24 hours in advance.
