The 2023 San Luis Obispo County Earth Day Fair will take place on Saturday, April 22 from 11am to 4pm at Laguna Lake Park in San Luis Obispo.  Community members, families and friends are invited to come out for a day of environmental education, music and fun.  Celebrate the opportunity to be alive on planet earth, especially in San Luis Obispo County.

Over the decades Earth Day events have become the front line for raising public awareness about the health of the planet and action we can take to protect and preserve the environment for future generations. The effects of climate change are becoming increasingly dangerous and are now recognized around the world. It is essential that each human on the planet take immediate action to become part of the solution by reducing our footprint.

As host of the San Luis Obispo County Earth Day Fair our mission is to raise awareness and demonstrate to the public how our individual actions contribute to the health and well being of the planet. It is up to each one of us to protect and preserve our natural resources for present and future generations.
