SAN LUIS OBISPO WIND ORCHESTRA “Glorious!”

What is more glorious than the antiphonal music of Gabrieli played by 30 brass musicians from two wind orchestras and the brass clinicians and soloists from the 4th Annual Roy Main Brass Festival? Our portion of the traditional joint concert with the Cuesta Wind Ensemble features a work commissioned by the Military Academy Band, and Morton Gould’s landmark composition, “Symphony for Band.” In addition, the concert includes Brass Festival soloists known for their recording work in the Los Angeles studios and touring groups.
