Senior Vice President, Customer Experience: Annie Woo

This month, Annie Woo, Customer Love Goddess a.k.a. Senior Vice President, Customer Experience at MINDBODY, Inc. will be sharing with us about MindBody’s mission, growth, and its new(ish) facility in Santa Maria.

Annie is a 2004 Cal Poly SLO Engineering grad who joined MINDBODY in 2006 just as the company was beginning to ramp up its “Software as a Service” business model. She has helped scale the customer service organization at MINDBODY to serve 500 clients in 2004 to now 60,000 clients in 60 countries. In January 2017, she stepped into the newly created Senior Vice President of Customer Experience role to tackle the end to end customer experience by helping the organization work together to achieve customer driven growth.
