SLO Partners Presents: Ticket into Tech Virtual Meetup

Interested in a career in web development but not sure where to start?

Join us on April 29th on a virtual (Zoom) meetup, for a lively conversation about local opportunities in tech with a focus on web and software development.

This meetup will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with others in the San Luis Obispo tech community. You’ll get a chance to chat with the SLO Partners team, plus ask questions to past apprentices who have successfully completed the Ticket into Tech program.

About the Program

The Ticket into Tech Apprenticeship Program is designed to help hands-on problem solvers, who may or may not have previous tech experience, enter a new career path through an accelerated training bootcamp, connections to growing companies, and post-hire support.

In an effort to diversify SLO Partners’ next cohort, we are offering three partial scholarships to women on the central coast. The scholarships offer an opportunity to help local women access an alternative to full-time, high-cost programs.

The program is provided through a partnership between SLO Partners and Cal Poly Extended Education Coding Bootcamp. The program’s goal is to create head of household careers in the tech industry through apprenticeship in the local community.
