Our team has eagerly been awaiting the opportunity to partner with an award-winning Central Coast distillery.
Rodney “Rod” Cegelski and Hamish “Hammer” Marshall distilled their first whiskey in 2012, which led them to establish Rod & Hammer’s SLO Stills in 2019 to bring quality small-batch spirits to the Central Coast.
Aged in 15-gallon New American Oak Barrels, each SLO Stills whiskey is cut with purified and desalinated Pacific Ocean water to represent the link between the founders.
With expert care our Executive Chef builds a four-course menu designed to bring out the most in three different SLO Stills selections – ultimately creating an unforgettable cocktail and cuisine tasting experience.
A representative from the distillery will walk you through each spirit and further explain the background, philosophy and vision of their world-class approach.
The dinner will be hosted on our light and airy Mission Fig Terrace, to allow for a safe and socially distanced event.
