Lawson Schaller from Solarponics will be presenting the basics of Net Zero Energy (NZE), its overarching concepts, and the important first steps in building or renovating your home to consume only as much energy as it generates. He’ll be covering solar electric terminology and the basics of sizing a solar array for your home. Lawson will also touch upon efficient appliances as well as radiant floor heating applications such as the ultra efficient Altherma Heat Pump, which supplies domestic hot water in a productive package combining solar hot water and solar electric.
