Free Car Wash For Veterans And Military Personnel On Veteran’s Day At Sunset North Car Wash & Detail Centers
To recognize our military, on Sunday, November 11th, all veterans and active duty military get a free basic hand wash at any of Sunset North Car Wash and Detail Centers’ 4 locations. The free wash program known as Grace for Vets was founded in 2004 by Mike Mountz, a car wash owner and veteran himself, as a way to thank veterans and active military personnel for their service. The event has been gaining in popularity over the years throughout the United States as well as Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

This is the seventh year in a row that Sunset North Car Wash & Detail Center has participated in Grace for Vets. Locally owned since 1993, Sunset North Car Wash & Detail Centers offer full service, all hand wash car washing in addition to complete detailing services. Since 2005, Sunset North Car Wash & Detail Center’s FundRaiser Saturdays has raised over $355,000 for nonprofit groups in the community.
